Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost to rent a goalie?
We charge $40 per hour. If the skate surpasses the 1 hour timeframe, additional charges will apply based on $10 every 15 minutes thereafter.
If the skate is beyond our normal service area, an extra charge may apply.

Can we request the same goalie again?
Yes.  Simply ask for the goalie by name and we will try to accomodate.  Please be advised that there may be some scheduling conflicts that may prevent the same goalie from attending your skate.

What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for 4 hours notice if you need to cancel a game.  This will give us enough time to contact the goalie and advise him of the cancellation.  Goalies Unlimited has never charged for a cancellation and this will remain our policy as long as our clients respect our timeframes.
However if we are unable to get in touch with the goalie in time and he shows up at your skate, we request that you provide a $20 gas fee for his efforts.

How quickly do you return phone calls?
Generally within minutes of receving the email or page.  If your call is NOT returned immediately, it is probably because we are on the ice.

How much notice do you need for a booking?
Although we have fiilled skates with less than an hours notice, DON'T LEAVE THINGS TO CHANCE!  Calling at 5:00pm for a skate at 6:15pm will usually mean your goalies is sitting in traffic on the 401 instead of filling your net.  Choose a cutoff time when you are looking for a goalie.  4 hours or greater will virtually guarantee a goalie for your skate.
